This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital designer to join a fast moving and rapidly growing high tech company based in London. You will work with their development team and marketing/merchandising manager on a daily basis, and will be expected to produce designs for all customer touch points, including the main website, the customer web portal, e-mail, desktop applications and mobile application.

Key to your role is a thorough knowledge of user interface design with an emphasis on usability, as well as delivery to a variety of platforms including mobile. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent look and feel across all of the platforms. The ideal candidate will have a good grounding in HTML and CSS, and be able to apply their own designs to web pages using templates.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a designer working in a commercial environment.
• Fluent in Adobe CS3/CS4.
• Excellent skills in layout and design.
• Good HTML and CSS skills preferable.
• A solid understanding of information architecture, user experience and accessibility.
• The ability to multi-task and consistently hit deadlines in a fast moving environment
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
• You must be self-motivated and as passionate about trends in digital technologies.
