As the Regional Training Advisor / Training Consultant you will join one of the most recognisable brands in the world with a presence in every corner of the globe.

As the Regional Training Advisor / Training Consultant you will be responsible for designing and delivering a first class training programme to the workforce, your main areas of responsibility will be:

Designing and delivering training workshops on subjects such as:

• Performance Management
• Absence Management
• Cultural Design
• Customer Services
• Employment Law

You will be responsible for over 20 stores covering the UK and Ireland and will be happy with regular travel. You will also be responsible for training needs analysis.

To become the Regional Training Advisor / Training Consultant you will have previous experience deigning and delivering similar training programmes in the service industry in a multi site organisation.

In return, our client is offering an excellent remuneration package including a negotiable salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
