Collection manager will be responsible for overall management of collection process in consumer lending segment and will lead a team up to 5 people. He/She will decide about collection process, propose and implement collection system that will be compatible with a risk management strategy. The candidate must understand legislative of financial market and NBS regulations.

Main responsibilities:

• Portfolio analysis
• Management of early collection process
• Management of late collection process including collection agencies and lawyers
• To plan and suggest changes in the actions towards bad payers in accordance with risk management strategy of the company
• To prepare, implement and lead system for collectibles monitoring and risk management
• Reporting on process performance
• Involved in improvement of collection process and its efficiency

• 3 years of relevant experience in consumer lending risk management within bank as well as sales finance companies is a must
• University degree
• Fluent Englist
• Experience with leading and motivation of the team
• Analytical skills
