International financial institution is searching for an experienced people manager in the field of credit risk within consumer lending. The candidate will be responsible for a newly formed team of 12 specialists.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of credit risk policies
• Management of loan application process
• Management of collection process
• Reporting on collection process as well as credit risk

• 5 years of relevant experience in Consumer lending risk management in banks as well as sales finance companies
• At least 2 years of experience with people management
• University degree
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Experience with working in international environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Leadership skills
