World leader in the environmental services is looking for a Business Development Manager covering Slovakia and the Czech Republic focusing on a large customer group (Automotive, Chemistry, Electronic, Machinery Industries) selling industrial facility management solutions. He/She will directly report to the General Manager.

Functional responsibilities:

• Definition of the future development cross borders strategy in cooperation with GD
• Development and management of this new cross borders business
• Having full responsibility for opportunity identification and qualification
• Development of long term relationship with selected clients
• Leading negotiations with industrial customers
• Responsible for budget and profit situation

The ideal candidate should have a solutions sales or facility management background from an international company. He / she should be specialized in the field of industrial and technical products/solutions sales. Industrial quality management background is also possible. We are looking for a Business Developer who will be able to combine the Slovak and Czech industrial culture knowledge, industry processes knowledge with a strong customer focus and heart for services.

Required skills:

• College or University degree (Economic or Engineer)
• About 10 years professional experience
• Several years in sales (products or services for industries) or facility/quality management
• Extensive experience in industrial processes (Production or Quality Management)
• Abilities to conduct business development and customer relationship at diverse level (General Management & Supply & Production Engineers)
• English Language (with negotiation skills) is mandatory
• Slovak or Czech is recommended
• German, Hungarian or French, (at good level) are a potential advantage in a future perspective
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Multicultural sensitivity
• Self-confident, hand-on qualities, self-motivated, taking initiatives, good presentation
• With profound sense of business and service
• Analytical skills
