In order to strengthen its CEE team based in Bratislava, our client is searching for a Sales Development Manager who will focus on business development and servicing of new and existing B2B clients, mainly in the manufacturing sector, throughout the CEE region. Our client specializes in transport solutions. Projects are carried out all over Europe and beyond. The company success is based on its customer-service, speed, flexibility and tailor made solutions. The Sales Development Manager focus will be on the Slovak and the Czech market, partly on Hungary, Austria and other neighboring countries.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for B2B sales activities in the assigned region / sector
  • Acting as the main client contact throughout a project execution phase
  • Develop and maintain customer relations with focus on manufacturing sector
  • Client analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Contribute to development of marketing strategies
  • Reporting

Further requirements:

  • Sales Manager with an outstanding B2B industrial sales record (ideally specialized in sales of industrial / technical services, technical products or technical solutions sales)
  • App. 3-5 years of working experience out of that majority in business development
    Solid technical understanding
  • Able to work in multi-cultural environment, with focus on team work and customer satisfaction
  • University degree, preferably in technical field
  • Fluent Slovak or Czech and English, German would be of advantage
  • Networker with good business awareness
  • Integrity & trust
  • Self driven, communicative, diplomatic, multi-cultural, able to sustain pressure
