Jobscope:
- Assist in development and implementation of approved internal Human Resources guidelines and practices
- Responsible for administration of HR regular reports and for monitoring, measuring and reporting on Human Resources activity within agreed formats and timelines incl. employee benefits administration
- Responsible for HR Business Continuity Agenda
- Support and assistance in developing HR Guidelines processes for staff personal development and performance management
- Assist in developing a comprehensive staff development program in line with the HR Department company’s strategies and future capability requirements
- Responsible for HR departmental expenditure reports within agreed budgets, responsible for preparation of annual Budget
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation, implementing new or changed policies and procedures to ensure the company meets its employment
- Ensure required paper and computerized personnel files and records are maintained
- Responsible for ad hoc HR reports and statistics
- Responsible for administration of recruitment process including candidate short-listing, interviewing activity for non managerial positions, written correspondence, and references follow-up and updating candidates & personal agencies databases
- Assist in completing job descriptions are developed and maintained for all jobs in the company

Requirements for the job:
- University degree, Human Resources / Business preferred
- Min. 5 years Human Resources experience with a broad understanding of Human Resources management processes; ideally experienced as an HR Business Partner or an HR Manager in a smaller company
- International environment experience
- Good knowledge of Human Resources applications Reliable, precise, detail oriented, professional appearance, positive, mature
- MS Office – advanced
- Fluent English is must
