For our client, a leading international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced professional who will be able to fulfill a challenging Human Resources Director position. The HRD will be a member of the company management team and therefore will be involved directly in the company strategic management. He/she will provide general HR support and manage all local HR matters with a continuous focus on lean management.

Job scope:

• Overall management of the HR in the company with strong forcus on lean management
• Coordination of recruitment and personnel marketing, career development
• Analysis and reporting (headcount, position catalogoue, tariffs, benefits, fluctuation, forecasts, social program)
• Performance management
• Talent management acquisition
• Defining and controlling of HR budget/expenditures/investments
• Cooperation with secondary schools and universities
• Expat agenda
• Collective bargaining
• Internal and external communication
• Management of the HR department and team motivation

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in multinational organizations within manufacturing sector (ideally automotive or electro-technical)
• Proven experience of delivering HR skills
• Experience with LEAN management
• Strong time / priority management and organizational skills
• Modern, rational, able to bring, implement and fight for new ideas
• Flexible and welcoming change as an opportunity to find new solutions and constant improvements
• Able to communicate and influence people in the organisation at all levels
• International awareness of local geography and cultures, able to work sensitively within a multilingual organisation
• Confident and mature
• Fluent in Slovak + English (written & spoken)
• Bachelor or University degree
• Proficient in use of  MS Office, Excel, Power Point Lotus Notes
