For our client, and international production company in electro-technical sector we are searching for an HR Manager who will be responsible for providing sound HR advice and counsel managers and employees on a variety of employee relations, labour relations, policy interpretation and coaching on management issues. The role is reporting to the EMEA HR Director and to the Plant Manager.


  • Designs and administers proactive programs, procedures and plans designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations in accordance of local laws and company policies.
  • Works with managers to investigate employee claims, problems, grievances and appeals. Analyses facts according to circumstances, provides guidance, recommendations and resolutions to managers and employees.
  • Conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make recommendations for corrective / disciplinary action where appropriate.
  • Assist and support managers through consistent performance management coaching that includes disciplinary and performance improvement plans.
  • Provides situational coaching to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability. Serves as the expert on employment law.
  • Ensures the consistent application of policy, processes and activities globally through interaction with managers and employees.
  • Provides guidance on employment contract administration and interpretation.



Požiadavky na zamestnanca


  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Employee Relations / HR Generalist roles in multinational and manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of employee relations, employment legislation, economic and collective bargaining trends, negotiations with Unions, regulations, industrial Relations
  • Fluent English and Slovak
  • Graduate/Post Graduate level education
