Our client, an international machinery production company in northern Slovakia, is searching for an experienced HR Manager. The main task of a successful candidate will be to manage all human resources activities and to implement corporate HR strategy and programs related to the local organization.


  • Support the line managers to define and implement a mid-term organization strategy to be presented and approved by the Managing Director and by Group HR Vice President
  • Support the improvement of safety policies in all areas of the organization
  • Define and monitor the annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses at local level, support line managers in defining personnel budgets for all departments and takes care of properly implementing approved investments on personnel
  • Define and implement HR development and training
  • Deal with Unions and/or local labor institutions and offices at local level
  • Management of all recruiting activities (definition of job description, candidates’ interviews, contract issues)
  • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
  • Actively promotes the optimization of organization, through the definition of a short and middle-term personnel planning
  • Provides advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Monitor and implement performance evaluation systems
  • Implements and manages the compensation structure and policy, benefits program according to Group guidelines, implement bonus programs defined at Group level monitoring the KPI’s achievement in the various areas of the organization.
  • Evaluates human resources partners and identify potential vendors
  • Focus on cost optimization, promote and support all improvement projects and plans such as Kaizen and lean manufacturing activities in the various departments and plant



Požiadavky na zamestnanca


  • Experience of 4-5 years minimum in HR Departments of well-structured, international companies is needed
  • Experience of 2-3 years as Responsible for HR of a production plant
  • Experience in the implementation of re-organizational projects is recommended
  • Good knowledge of business processes in consumer-goods companies
  • Good knowledge of organizational and people development practices and tools is highly recommended
  • Good knowledge of Slovakian contracting, laws and regulations, and change management processes
  • Knowledge of most important IT tools is needed
  • Fuent in Slovak and English language
  • HR relatedMaster University degree
