For our client, a renowned manufacturer of specialized industrial water treatment solutions, we are searching for an experienced business developer, who will be the first company representative in the Slovak market and his/her role will be to develop the local business in the most profitable way, using the mother company know-how and support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the global Sales strategy of Water Technology products
  • Defining and prioritizing the client’s target group (industries and municipalities)
  • Acquisition of clients and relationship-management
  • Represent the company and maintain contacts with important clients and key account management
  • Support and develop all technical advisors to ensure a holistic functioning system for meeting the annual budget
  • Provide input from the customer’s perspective to all other business functions budgeting and reporting the key data of  respective market
  • Market business intelligence, providing the international head-quarters with accurate data relating to market development, clients and competitors

 

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

Requirements:

 

  • More than 5 years sound B2B sales experience in the two key related clients fields (industries and municipalities), in particular having experience with tenders
  • Business fluent in English or German
  • High communication and inter-personal skills, and customer relationship management
  • Dynamic, taking initiatives - self starter with independent entrepreneurship
  • Representative with good manners and confident personality, reliable and correct
  • Excellent negotiations skills and focus on business finalization and sales results
  • Team player
